We search for people with various levels of competences
and experience for all of the company functions, in particular:
- high school graduates and mechanical, aeronautical,
or management engineers for the areas: Research
and Development, Industrialization, Production, Logistics,
Quality and safety and environmental control.
- high school and university chemistry graduates
for the laboratory.
for the plants in Brescia, Turin and Milan, but
also graduates in other disciplines such as economics and
law for the Marketing & Sales, Finance, Acquisitions, Information
Technology and Human Resources functions.
The selection process consists of an in-depth
technical and motivational talk conducted by the Human Resource
staff and Line Managers that verify knowledge, aptitude
and professional aspiration. With the scope of guaranteeing
successful insertion, all of the positions require group
working and goal orientated abilities, flexibility, inclination
to learn and to change, good knowledge of the English language.
To achieve so, we work with local territory institutions
in order to ease knowledge and the insertion of the young
into the work force through short courses and formative
training periods that are aimed for the creation of university
thesis that integrate theoretic and operational knowledge.
To these, there are the 6-12 month paid short courses
in all of the company disciplines (production and staff).
