find their own reason
for being in our
effort to create
a sustainable society.
The environmental
policy
The Environmental
Policy, in which
the activities of
the Group are focused,
rules the direction
and the objectives
of our work for
the environment,
clarifying at the
same time the tasks
that await us.
The main commitments
of C.F. Gomma Group
relate to:
• Conformity with
the laws, to the
regulations, to
the policies of
the Company and
to the normative
of good manufacturing;
• Do not pollute,
prevent pollution;
• Identifying the
environmental aspects
and controlling
the environmental
impacts of our current
and future activities
(production of scraps,
emissions into the
atmosphere, discharged
waters);
• Limit the use
of natural resources
and their waste;
• Adoption of those
technical processes
that offer the best
environmental impact
in technical and
economic terms
• Adoption of management
procedures that
that ensure that
the plants and processes
can offer the highest
environmental protection;
• Involve, train
and raise awareness
to the staff in
order to stimulate
any action orientated
towards environmental
protection;
• Communication
and transparency
towards the local
community and the
public institutions
in terms of the
effects, the policies
and environmental
programs;
• promote the adoption
of those behaviours
orientated towards
the protection of
the environment
of the suppliers
and entrepreneurs.
The Environmental
Organisation of
the Gruppo C.F.Gomma
The Administration
of the Environment
System Management
is responsible for
the coordination
and development
of all of the activities
and problems within
the C.F.
Gomma Group.
The formal responsibility
for these problems
is, however, of
the organisation
related to the various
plants.
The local Administrations
for the Environment
are the key people
in this context,
and that manage
their respective
units in accordance
to:
• Legal requirements
and those deriving
from other regulations
(for example, requests
by the Customer),
• The Environmental
policy of the Gruppo
C.F.Gomma and the
Environmental System
Management Manual,
• The requisites
indicated in the
regulation ISO 14001
