As required by Legislative Decree n. 231/2001, in order to ensure a common standard of ethical behaviour and in pursuit of the principles of legality, fairness, and transparency in corporate activities, DN Automotive Italy Srl has decided to adopt an "Organizational Management and Control" standard and "Code of Conduct", and appointed its own Supervisory Board tasked with overseeing implementation and compliance with the above-mentioned standard.
