Regional Group

DN Automotive Corporation is the main shareholder of DN Automotive Italy. The regional group has the following structure:

More specifically, the Group is composed of the following firms:

DN Automotive Italy S.r.l.: an Italian company that manufactures and markets antivibration systems, air springs, technical mouldings in rubber, compounds and rubber mixtures;

DN Automotive Poland Sp.zo.o. : a Polish company founded in 2006 and operational as of February 2007; it manufactures and markets antivibration systems, technical mouldings in rubber, torsional dampers, for the Italian, Polish and German markets;

DN Automotive Sistemas Antivibrantes Automotivos do Brasil: a Brazilian company which produces antivibration systems for the Latam market.
